Extra Special Children's Clinic is a service of Newganesh Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 14284538). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. ICO registration is in progress.
When you book a call or contact us we collect your name, contact details, and information you choose to share about your child. Clinical information gathered during assessments is health data (special category data) and is handled with additional safeguards.
To provide our assessment services, communicate with you, and meet our legal and clinical record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your child's data for marketing.
Consent, performance of a contract, and — for clinical data — provision of health care under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h).
Clinical records for children are retained in line with UK health record retention guidance. Enquiry data from people who do not become patients is deleted within 12 months.
