FAQs

Questions parents ask us

Is an online assessment as good as an in-person one?

For most children, yes. We use the same validated interviews, rating scales and developmental histories used in clinic settings, and we gather information from school as well as home. If during screening we believe your child needs in-person elements, we will tell you honestly before you pay anything.

How long does the whole process take?

Typically a few weeks from your free screening call to receiving the written report — compared with waits of 1–3 years through many NHS pathways.

Will the report be recognised by schools and my GP?

Honest answer: it varies. Our reports are independent expert assessments written to a professional clinical standard by a UK-qualified (MRCPCH) specialist paediatrician based overseas, whose GMC registration is in progress. Many schools find such reports valuable for understanding a child and putting support in place; however, some NHS services and local authorities only accept reports from GMC-registered clinicians. We will discuss what the report can and cannot do for your situation candidly on the free call — before you pay anything.

Where is the clinic based?

Our paediatrician is UK-qualified (MRCPCH) and consults online, which is how we keep waits short and fees low. The service is operated by Newganesh Ltd, a UK-registered company.

What ages do you assess?

We assess children and young people. Tell us your child's age on the free screening call and we'll confirm the right pathway.

What if it turns out my child doesn't have ADHD or autism?

Then the report will say so — clearly and kindly — and explain what we think is going on instead, with recommendations. An honest answer is the whole point of an assessment.

How do I pay?

Nothing is payable for the screening call. If you proceed, we take payment securely before the assessment appointment. Fees are fixed — the price you see is the price you pay.
